These terms cover your use of the Stepply website and the Stepply app at app.stepplyapp.com (together, "Stepply"). By using Stepply you agree to them. If you are using Stepply for an organization, you agree to them on its behalf.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in workspaces you own.

2. Your content

Templates, workflows, form answers, signatures, files and everything else you put into Stepply stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only so far as we need to run Stepply for you and the people you work with in it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Stepply to break the law, to send spam, to upload anything you do not have the right to share, or to try to get into accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. The demo workspace

The live demo is a shared workspace that anyone can open. Do not put real or personal information in it. It is reset regularly and anything in it may be seen by other visitors or deleted at any time.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, per seat where the plan says so, through our payment provider. A trial converts to a paid plan at its end unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app; cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Stepply running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve Stepply over time, and will tell you in advance about changes that take away something you rely on.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Stepply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Stepply and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms. When an account is deleted, we delete the content in it, except where we must keep something by law.
